Download Free Chinese Fonts for Win9x/Me/NT/2000/XP/2003

If you PC has only English version of OS installed, chances are you don't have any Chinese fonts in your system. You need download and install Chinese fonts to input Chinese characters in your word processor or other software.

Good Chinese fonts sometimes take a bit time and effort to find, this page is here to help! All the fonts are downloadable by clicking on font names.

To save your time on downloading, all files are in compressed (.zip) format. After download the zip file, you can extract it using your unzip program ( WinZip or WinRAR ) to a folder on your local hard drive.

To install fonts, you just need to copy the font (.TTF) file into your Windows "Fonts" folder.

Here is the detail download and install Instruction:

Close your word-processing programs
Click on link of the font you wish to download, a download window will popup
Save to font file (.zip) file to a local folder
Open the zip file with your WinZip or WinRAR program, extract it to your Windows fonts folder. The font folder is "c:\windows\fonts" under Win9x/Me/XP/2003 or "c:/winnt/fonts" under NT/2000
Once the file is saved under fonts folder, the installation is complete and you can start using the font in your word processing programs
